Returns Policy

Not completely satisfied with a purchase? You can easily exchange or return a product within 30 days from the date you received your order.

 

NOTE:

- The returned product must be intact, in its original packaging and accompanied by its accessories and instructions for use.

- A gift can be returned by following the instructions below.

  - Refunds are possible in stores for orders placed through our eshop

- A product can be replaced in a store, after consultation with the respective store.

To change all or some of the products in your order, you must fill in the return - withdrawal form and send it to us (with the company General Post (+30) 210 4851100 stating that it is a return to the e-shop) together with the products you would like to exchange, or simply visit one of our stores with your receipt and exchange them there. You have 30 days from the date you receive the package and the new products you choose must be of equal or greater value to the ones you are exchanging. The products must be returned to HARMANIS within the above 30-day period in perfect/excellent condition that allows their resale (in their original closed or sealed packaging, with accessories, instructions, etc.) and provided that they have not been used or have not been opened or tampered with in any way.
